Puerto de Mogán offers more than a resort beach

Puerto de Mogán combines a marina, sheltered beach, low rise streets and a concentration of restaurants around the waterfront. The town and harbour structure gives it a distinct identity compared with the steep valley resorts farther east.

It suits travellers who value atmosphere and a compact centre. The trade off is that the waterfront can attract many day visitors, while accommodation outside the central harbour may sit higher or farther inland.

Where Puerto de Mogán sits

Puerto de Mogán lies near the western end of Gran Canaria’s main southwest resort chain. Taurito is the neighbouring bay to the east, followed by Playa del Cura, Amadores and Puerto Rico. The wider municipality continues inland into a very different mountain landscape.

Use the VistaLINX view to separate the marina and beach core from accommodation on the surrounding terrain.
